Is seeking a second opinion disloyal:
- No. Good vets understand that complex decisions benefit from careful discussion. Your vet won't be offended if you seek a second opinion.
- Our role isn't to replace your vet. It's to give you more time, more explanation and greater confidence before your next appointment.
- We can help even if you have already seen several vets.
Do I need my pet present?
- Your pet doesn't need to be present at the online consultation. We may request photos and videos in advance.
What conditions can you help with?
- As an experienced, general practice vet Caroline can help with a full range of health conditions; from cancer to kidney disease, general aging changes, arthritis, skin conditions to name a few. We can also support you when a diagnosis has not yet been made.
Can you help behavioural issues?
- Caroline is not a behaviourist but can help when behaviour is part of a more complex health problem, this may involve connecting you with an appropriately qualified behaviourist.
